1. Mr. Stevenson's speech in the Melbourne Synod on 1965 Oct. 5, or a motion (which was passed) urging uniform Anglican policy on the remarriage of divorced persons. 2. Written evidence submitted at the trial of the Rev. N. R. Glover by the Melbourne Diocesan Tribunal under the Chairmanship of Mr. Justice Pepe, at which on 1968 Jan. 13 he was found not guilty, of a breach of discpline but guilty of conduct disgraceful in a clergyman and productive or likely to be productive of scandal or civil report.
